DO YOU NEED ITEMS FOR YOUR CLASSROOM?
Let BALANCE4Kids Help!

BALANCE4Kids fundraises for the purpose of providing special education therapists and teachers in the public schools items that they need to help their kids.

In the last five years BALANCE4Kids has provided the following

1. Gymnastics Programs
2. Computer Upgrades
3. Alpha Smart Communication Devices
4. Gross Motor OT Equipment
5. APE materials
6. Spelling Aces
7. Transportation Expenses
8. Sensory Motor Devices and Materials
9. Field Trip

We do this because we care about children with disabilities, we see the need and we want to help as much as we can.
You need not be a special education teacher to apply for assistance. If you are serving children with disabilities in the general education environment, you may submit a request to help meet their needs.
If you are interested please write out your requests and submit them to your special education director.

Guidelines

• All applications must include tax, shipping, and name and address of manufacturer
• Justification should be brief, no more than 50 words
• Please include a cover letter that tells us how this funding will benefit your students.
• All applications must be submitted to your director of special education, inside the deadline (October 30th) to be acceptable.
• Your special education director from the district office must sign off application, and return to the Balance4kids office on or before November 15th.

Requests will be awarded annually on December 31st.
We would like to invite all special education staff in Santa Cruz County to join forces with Balance4kids in our fundraising efforts.
Please remember that 100% of our fundraising efforts go directly into our teacher grant fund.
When you fundraise with us, you are fundraising for yourselves!
